Changing of the guard – Richard Verco

After 30 plus years of working in the Accounting profession, and 25 of those years at the helm of RVN and its predecessor firms, we are excited to announce Richard Verco’s transition to semi-retirement effective 1 July 2023. Having passionately driven RVN as a director for so many years, Richard is now keen to spend additional time with his family; travelling and pursuing other personal projects, whilst still remaining a part of the RVN team.

Changing of the guard – Richard Verco

Following a much-deserved holiday during the July–September period, Richard will return in October in the capacity of a consultant to RVN, whereby he will continue to undertake his board roles and some general consulting to the RVN client base.

Many of you already know Adam Tredrea well, as he has worked closely with Richard for the last 15 years, including as a fellow Director for the past three years. Adam has now become an equal third owner in the Firm (along with Chris Velliaris and Craig Need) and will assume lead Director responsibilities on Richards client base going forwards.

Adam is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of expertise in small to medium business matters. He brings a strong technical acumen to the table, combined with the same down-to-earth approach that our clients have come to appreciate. Adam will continue to be supported by our existing long-standing, experienced and well qualified team of professionals, ensuring continuity and excellence in client service.
