Need Coffee is excited to collaborate with Novita on a community initiative aimed at creating meaningful opportunities for young people and individuals living with disabilities. As part of this effort, we are opening our doors to provide work placement opportunities for Novita’s program participants. You will see their friendly faces in our coffee shop, engaging in hands-on barista training and gaining valuable experience. We believe these work experiences will help them build confidence and contribute to their personal and career growth.
